Our delicious fudge is cooked in stainless steel kettles and cured in cool Adirondack temperatures. This premium confection has a wonderful creamy flavor and a mouth watering taste. We have sampled and sold to thousands and thousands of customers who are in awe of the delicious flavor of Adirondack Fudge.

The fudge is handcrafted in North Creek, NY. Our kitchens overlook the beginnings of the Hudson River. After cooling overnight, our fudge is delivered fresh to farm markets, festivals and the local post office for shipment under United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
